Workshops with Sing Dream Star

The power of group singing

At Sing Dream Star, we bring the power of group singing into schools and communities across South Wales and the South West of England. Our workshops are designed to inspire, energise, and connect; offering something truly memorable for children and young people alike.

Sing & Spark

A positive first experience of music — completely free for primary schools.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover music in a way that feels exciting, encouraging and fun. That’s why our Sing & Spark workshops are offered completely free of charge to primary schools, giving children aged 7–10 the chance to explore singing and musicianship without cost being a barrier.

Across four one-hour sessions, children learn through singing, games and hands-on activities, developing real musical skills including pitch, rhythm, harmony, listening, vocal technique, microphone confidence and sound awareness.

Along the way, each child works through their own Sing & Spark Progress Tracker, celebrating the skills they’re discovering, before completing the programme with their own Sing & Spark Award certificate 🌟

Our aim is simple: to give children the right introduction to music, one that builds confidence, sparks curiosity and, above all, helps them discover just how much fun making music can be.

Find Your Voice!

Empowering workshops for young people aged 12–16

Music gives young people a powerful way to express themselves, connect with others and discover what they’re capable of.

Find Your Voice! is an energetic, creative group workshop where teenagers use singing, music and collaboration to explore confidence, self-expression and the power of being heard.

Through practical musical activities, young people are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, contribute their own ideas, work together and experience what can happen when individual voices become part of something bigger.

For teenagers who may be struggling with confidence, motivation or finding their place, music can offer another way in; an opportunity to achieve, belong and be recognised for something positive.

The workshops are designed to raise aspirations, build resilience and create moments of genuine achievement, giving every young person the opportunity to feel seen, valued and celebrated 🌟
